We Ship Worldwide!

All our items are sent from the UK by Royal Mail or DHL tracked delivery.

 

Worldwide orders are sent by International Signed For service. All services require a signature upon delivery.

 

All prices on the website exclude shipping fees.

 

We cannot guarantee if you will be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

 

Orders placed before 9pm (GMT) Monday - Friday will be shipped out the next day! 

 

To be eligible for 5-7 day International delivery orders must be in before 9pm (GMT).

 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

 

Note: All delivery addresses are verified through Royal Mail UK postal service. If you are unsure of your delivery address, please refer to royalmail.com - does not apply to international addresses).

Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 9pm.

 

 

Signed for Delivery

We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request. Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. If this isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to rearrange delivery.

We are only able to ship on Business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

EXPRESS DHL - 2 to 4 working days

 

Note: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even more for slow-to-ship countries see below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable). If you require any further information regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

 

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

 

Please note: In the unlikely event that your item goes missing once posted then we will do our utmost to help you claim your money back with the shipping company. A refund/exchange will only be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by Royal Mail will then take place which can take up to 90 days. We highly recommend you choose a tracked/secured service (Next day - UK or International Express) to insure your item arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for parcels being delivered incorrectly by the postal service if a 'signature' shipping service is not selected upon checkout.

 

 

Delivery of Items

 

In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, Chloé's Beauty Boutique does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (Royal Mail or DHL) for assistance.

 

 

Security Confirmation

 

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorised purchases for our customers.

 

Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:

  • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider

  • Shipping address is different from billing address
